Taylor Rheker is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Lana Bagley, LPC-S, in Dallas, Texas. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychology with a concentration in Biblical Counseling, where her research interests include exploring the intersection of prayer and mental health.
Before earning her Master’s degree in Licensed Professional Counseling, Taylor completed a four-year program in Christian Ministry and Leadership, with studies focused on leadership, theology, biblical literacy, and discipleship. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
Taylor has a particular passion for working with adolescents, college students, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her counseling approach considers the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors contributing to each individual’s wellbeing and functioning. She seeks to create a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients feel seen and empowered as they pursue healing, healthier relationships, and well-being.

I am passionate about seeing the broken-hearted find healing, the grieving find comfort, and individuals find renewal and restoration to experience joy. I find it especially rewarding working with clients in life stages spanning from middle school, high school, to college. It is during these earlier stages of development, we often discover who God designed us to be and His plan for our lives. Yet, in these stages it is also common to navigate challenges like academic and sports performance stress, anxiety, feelings of purposelessness, insecurity, low-self esteem, body image issues, pressure to make educational or career decisions, perfectionism, conflict with parents, feelings of isolation or shame, and peer pressure. If you find yourself here, it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you courageously face these challenges. It is my goal to create a safe place for you to be heard, feel seen, and find freedom to live wholeheartedly.
