Our session fees depend on the type of therapist you work with:

• Counseling with a certified coach: $100 per session
• Counseling with an LPC-Associate: $120 per session
• Counseling with an LMFT or LPC: $150 per session
• Counseling with a Senior Therapist: $200 per session

We provide counseling for clients located anywhere in Texas.

We don’t directly accept insurance, but we’re happy to provide a Superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial repayment this way.

We do our best to schedule new clients quickly — often within a week, sometimes sooner.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s been going on.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to change or work on, and what you hope to get from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out — this is simply a safe space to start exploring things at your own pace.

You’re welcome to request a specific therapist, and if it doesn’t feel like the right match after a few sessions, we’ll help you connect with someone else in our practice who might be a better fit — no awkwardness, no judgment.

Yes, both!

You can meet with your therapist in person at our office, online through secure video sessions, or a mix of both — whatever makes you most comfortable. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of being able to switch between formats as needed.

You can pay however works best for you — debit, credit, cash, check, or even your HSA/FSA card.

Yes, we are currently accepting new clients!

When you schedule a session, that time is set aside just for you. We truly value your time — and our therapists’ time too — so we do our best to keep things flexible and fair.

If something comes up and you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that spot to someone else.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half of your session fee, unless there’s a sudden medical or life emergency.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

We completely understand that life happens — just reach out as soon as you can, and we’ll work with you to reschedule.
